You really can't beat this location, especially in Summer/Fall. Prospect Park is essentially my front yard. The apartment is 1/2 a block from Lincoln Rd Prospect Park entrance, 1/2 a block from Botanic Gardens south entrance, 1 block from Prospect Park B/Q (both express) and the local S (which take you to SW BedStuy). The walk from the subway is very short and safe.

Please tell me as much info about yourself as you think helpful (how you are living with others, cleanliness, what other roommates have said about you, kitchen/cooking, socializing/interacting, etc).

About Me I am a Brooklyn-based actor & director who works in theatre, opera and film. I am looking for someone really responsible, clean and easy to live with to sublet my room while I am away. Rent is $1212/mo, $1300 including all utilities/wifi/etc plus a $500 deposit, can be pro-rated by week after a minimum of one month stay. Deposit ASAP to reserve the room, first month upon move-in/key exchange. No couples, no pets, absolutely no smoking of any kind and no fire (candles, incense, etc) of any kind.

Will live with a cool, easygoing roommate who you often won't even know is there. Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment, so lots of privacy. Anyone interested would, of course, have to speak/meet both of us (in-person or facetime is fine).
