URGENT: Seeking sublet for a 2bed/1 bath subsidized apt located in Prospect Lefferts Garden (Brooklyn) for April 1st move in!
Details:
- Rent: $1,311.11 (I pay $1350 because my room is a little bigger)
- Internet: (Verizon/split two ways): $25
- utilities: ranges from $60-70 when splitting two ways
- in unit washer/dryer
- 6 min walk to the 2,5 lines and 10 min walk to the B, Q lines
- room is on the smaller side but features nice light and beautiful French doors
- the room does not have a closet, but there is one in the hallway that you're free to use
- the apt is pet friendly, but I already have a cat.
Depending on the person, I may be open to having another cat, but unfortunately, NO DOGS.
- would prefer to live with another woman.
- the lease is currently in my name, but if it's a match, I'm open to renewing with someone. The lease will be up in January
