Our roommate is moving in with their partner, so we're looking for someone to fill their room starting April 1!

We're in a spacious three-bedroom, one bathroom, rent-stabilized apartment with laundry in-unit and high ceilings in Prospect Lefferts Gardens/Flatbush. Close to the Q, 2, and 5 trains, and a ten-minute walk from Prospect Park. Apartment is COVID conscious and currently pet free and smoke free.

The bedroom is roughly 16 x 11.5 feet, plus two closets in the hallway. It has two windows facing a quiet inner courtyard and is unfurnished, but comes with a window AC unit. The room is available for sublet from April 1-30 for $919, rolling into a new lease May 1, 2026–April 30, 2027 for $945/month. Heat, electricity, and wifi are separate and split evenly between roommates (averaging $80-$100/person/month).

Common areas include a very generously-sized living room with large windows; a kitchen with a 4-burner gas stove/oven, plenty of quiet-closing cabinets, a small pantry, and full-sized washer/dryer; and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower (with good water pressure and temperature!). Wood floors except in the bathroom, and each room has windows.
