The bedroom is roughly 16 x 11.5 feet, plus two closets in the hallway. It has two windows facing a quiet inner courtyard and is unfurnished, but comes with a window AC unit. The room is available for sublet from April 1-30 for $919, rolling into a new lease May 1, 2026–April 30, 2027 for $945/month. Heat, electricity, and wifi are separate and split evenly between roommates (averaging $80-$100/person/month).
Common areas include a very generously-sized living room with large windows; a kitchen with a 4-burner gas stove/oven, plenty of quiet-closing cabinets, a small pantry, and full-sized washer/dryer; and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower (with good water pressure and temperature!). Wood floors except in the bathroom, and each room has windows.

We are a pair of queer/queer-friendly retired dance artists who now work in arts journalism and love TTRPGs, board games, and general nerdiness.
