Small room available march 1st

Hi there! Looking for a roommate to replace our current one who is moving out at the end of the month. It’s a small room that can fit a full size bed and a dresser. Perfect for someone who doesn’t have a lot of belongings and wants an affordable place to live. We’re all in our 30s and a laid back social group of people. I have a beagle who is very friendly and doesn’t bark. We’re cool with having guests over, but no large parties.

The bedroom will come unfurnished, but the living room and kitchen are fully furnished. Ideally our new roommate wouldn’t be bringing a significant amount of additional items for the common space.

The apartment is a fourth floor walk up. The 2/5 trains are a block away and the Q parkside stop is a 10 minute walk. Prospect Park is just a short walk away and there are many grocery stores, delis and restaurants in the area. Reach out if you’re interested in viewing!
