We have a 140sf furnished bedroom available in our 1200 SF apartment. It's available for up to two months, starting Jan 2!
It's on the top floor of a townhouse on a quiet, dead-end block, just a 2-minute walk from the Parkside Stop of the Q train and a 5-minute walk to Prospect Park.

The roommates are a 57-year-old professional female and a 20-year-old female student at the New School. There are two four-legged roommates and belly rub lovers. Mimi and SanSan. Friendly dogs who like to lounge and snuggle.

I work from home 2 days a week, and Rosie is at school full time. We lead pretty active lives and enjoy coming home to a cozy place. We value friendly interactions, but also respect people's privacy and need for space.

We are looking for a friendly, easy-going, CLEAN, and considerate person to share our home with for 1 to 2 months

The rent includes all utilities and Wifi. A $500 deposit is required.

Laundry is in the kitchen, which is also stocked with all necessary kitchen appliances.
