Hi! I am looking for a roommate to rent out the second room in my two bedroom apartment. The building is relatively new (built around 10 years ago) and includes:

- Shared laundry room
- Small gym with weights and basic exercise equipment
- Access to roof with a view of the city

The apartment itself has a kitchen/living room combo that is shared as well as a shared bathroom. The room that is being rented out is the smaller of the two but rent includes utilities (WiFi & electricity). The room is also equippped with a separate built-in console for heating & cooling. Includes a bed & desk.

A little bit about me: I’m an architect & lecturer just juggling life. I have a pretty hectic work schedule tbh but when I’m home, I enjoy listening to music, watching films, & cooking. I’m looking for someone who also has a career going and is looking for a quiet/calm/friendly respite from the city. Pets & plants are definitely welcome :)
