The apartment is a three-story, classic Brooklyn Limestone. While in an active neighborhood, it's situated near the back of a dead-end street, allowing for quiet time at home while still having everything within walking distance of your door.

The 144 sft room faces a quiet, shady courtyard with a view of a nearby bamboo garden. There is a 180 sf. deck, accessible from the bedroom. It features exposed brick and a large sliding door closet, offering ample storage space.

The apartment has undergone a full renovation

There is a closet in the hallway for extra storage, and we can store items in the basement at no additional cost. Hardwood floors throughout the apartment.

The bathroom has a bathtub. The kitchen features a Miele washer and dryer, a Bosch dishwasher, and a quartz countertop.

The monthly rent for each room is $1,500 and is available immediately. Minimum stay is 2 months. The room can be rented furnished, but is currently unfurnished.

The neighborhood is excellent. It takes about one minute to get to Prospect Park, and the apartment is literally around the corner from it, as well as the Parkside Q train. There are three grocery stores all within 10 walking minutes, along with unique restaurants and local businesses to support.

A little about the roommates:
I'm in my early 40s and have a few jobs, I'm not a typical 9-5 person, and love it! I do my fair share of traveling when I can, so there are times when I won't be there for a bit. While I'm happy to chat in the kitchen and living room, I tend to be on the quieter side. I keep the apartment tidy, cleaning up after myself and making sure things aren't too messy. I am not a neat freak, so I don't expect a roommate to be either. Once in a while, I have a couple of friends over for drinks on the deck, but I never bring the party home.

I’m a 28 year old documentary filmmaker. I'm pretty clean but not a neat freak, I communicate openly and would love to be friendly with my roommates, but also respect our own privacy.
I freelance, so I sometimes work from home and sometimes out in the field. In my free time, I enjoy crafts, sewing, watching movies, and spending time with friends. Additionally, I grew up in France, but my mother is American, and I’ve been in the United States since college.

We are looking for someone in their mid-20s and up, female preferred, but definitely flexible for the right person. No smoking.
