We are subletting the front bedrooms in our beloved 4 bed/2 bath apartment on Flatbush Ave in PLG for short term (nightly or weekly) stays. The room is spacious, gets tons of gorgeous light, and is fully furnished with full mattress, AC, dresser, TV, and lots of beautiful plants. Lots of closet and storage space available.

Rent is $120/night, $550/week, or $1350/month. Wi-Fi and utilities provided.

Located just a few minutes walk from Prospect Park, Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn Botanical Gardens and a 30 minute commute to Manhattan, the space is ideal for anyone who wants green space, Brooklyn culture, and easy access to Downtown. 4 minutes from the Prospect Park B, Q, and S trains, 10 minutes from the 2 & 5 trains.

The rental side of the apartment enjoys extensive privacy, with its own front entrance, full bathroom, fully equipped coffee corner (refrigerator, microwave, and air fryer for light cooking) and a small common space. Apartment is a second floor walk-up in an extremely relaxed and safe building, with only two units in the whole building.

Neighborhood is safe, green, and family oriented, with warm Caribbean energy and a neighborly communal atmosphere. Take advantage of the excellent local restaurants!

We are an interfaith, interracial couple in our early 30’s, and are committed to creating and providing a home that is safe, respectful, and can be a sanctuary amid the hustle of New York. LGBTQ+ friendly. We are open to stays from couples but can only accommodate groups or families if both rooms happen to be available at the time. There will be dogs present on our side of the apartment much of the time, but they do not have access to the subletters’ section. We envision a high degree of privacy, and will probably only need to come into the space 2-3 times a week for laundry or storage access. One of us works from home most days, and we are fine with a tenant who does the same.
