__The Apartment__
3 Bedroom apartment. Your quiet and bright room is furnished with a full sized bed. You also have direct access to the balcony. The room has its own AC/Heater. The rent includes rent and wifi.

__The Building__
The brand new building is quiet and clean. The basement has a laundry, gym, common space for working, a music studio with drums & guitars, and a small movie theater room. The roof is very nice and the view of the skyline is gorgeous at sunset.

__Quick Bio__
Catalina and I are both native NYers, roommates and friends. We work a lot, like to cook/watch movies in the living room but pretty low key.

__Animals__
We do have pets: one very affectionate cat and one shy American Foxhound dog.
