Hello! Move in is March 15th, but I want to spend ample amount of time searching for the ideal roommate (preferably someone who works onsite full time/1-2 days hybrid/wfh). Please read the entire listing:

Hello! My amazing roommate is moving in with her BF and out of our lovely two-bedroom, ***friendly apartment. It is located in Prospect Lefferts Gardens. It’s quite spacious, there’s a dining room, living room, an office to the side, a full kitchen, a full bathroom AND A BACKYARD WITH A GRILL!. I have a kitty that shares the office with me. Unfortunately, no other pets are welcomed at this time. Looking for someone reliable, clean and friendly. This is definitely a steal, I’ve been here for over four years, and I absolutely love it! Natural lighting, open spaces and it’s in an actual house. The landlords are downstairs and we are upstairs.

I work in sales, remote first, so very busy with that but love to have a good time (work hard play hard am I right?!)

My roommate will be taking ~half the furniture, so the place will need to be refurnished. Very close to the two and five train (about a five minute walk or less). 10 minute walk to Prospect Park ,15 minute walk to the Q train. This is a lovely homey neighborhood and less than 30 minutes from Manhattan.

As mentioned before, this apartment is amazing and it doesn’t need much selling, so looking for a roommate with similar personality, schedule and cleaning habits to my current roommate i met here:
-You: Professional who works onsite or mostly works onsite (preferably not remote/hybrid)
-I’m extroverted and wouldn’t mind someone with the same personality though not a necessity. I have friends over on the weekends, we had a Halloween party here, we had a barbecue in the summer, etc. love to host and have a good time.
-Should be late 20s+, mature, and have lived in an apartment before. Meaning this is not your first apartment and you are well-versed on how to run a household such as being able to keep up with a cleaning schedule, not needing any reminders on when to take the trash out went to pay your bills, being able to immediately get things needed for the apartment, such as cleaning supplies, etc. just an overall competent, self-governing individual.
-Someone who is not loud. Meaning doesn’t walk around the apartment on the phone on speaker, ESPECIALLY in the morning as starting the morning with noise is very disruptive, not needing 8-10 alarms, etc
-Being that this apartment is pretty large and it is kind of an older house, a cleaner that comes once or twice a month and this is anywhere from $75-$85 each per visit. **This is nonnegotiable**
