Prime Location**All Utilities **Private Room

I'm looking for a roommate to occupy one of the rooms where I am also a subtenant. This is a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment. Unfurnished. The room is big enough to fit a queen size bed. No closet in the room itself, it's in the hallway. However all over the apartment has tons of shelving to put more of your items. The living room, kitchen, bath will be a shared space. I'm on the 6th floor of an elevator building. Laundry in the basement. This will be a month-to-month rental. I just need at minimum 15-30 days notice.

I'm asking for the following:
- $40,000 or more in annual income, and 650+ credit score
- Clean, Somewhat quiet personality, respectful of personal space.
- Prefer a non-nicotine smoker. Occasional 420 is fine I just don't want the entire apartment with an odor everyday.
- Single occupant
- No pets please

$900 monthly includes all utilities. I will take care of the internet, electric, gas etc. Anything extra is the responsibility of the subtenant.
