Hi there! I am temporarily renting my bedroom in my 2 bdrm apartment in Prospect Lefferts Gardens as I will need to be away for work. My roommate is in the wellness and fitness industry and is in his late forties. He is personable and respectful. I am looking to rent the space to someone also pleasant, kind, communicative, responsible, tidy, financially stable, (some one that can comfortably pay their share of the rent. Rent for the room is $1250. The bedroom measures roughly 14' x 17' with 9'+ ceilings and is furnished. It has two windows overlooking Midwood Street. The apartment has a decent size kitchen and living room, some closet space, and a nice open feel. The room is available April 1, 2025- April 30, 2025. If needed the space can be rented as early as March 22, 2025.

There is a possibility to extend the leasing dates however, that decision won't be made until mid April.

I have lived in this neighborhood for nearly 7 years, it’s wonderful, and convenient to grocery stores, laundromat, bars, restaurants, drug stores, Prospect Park and much more. The apartment is just a 5-minute walk from the Q, B, Shuttle train.
