Hi there! I am temporarily renting my bedroom in my 2 bdrm apartment in Prospect Lefferts Gardens as I will need to be away for work. Rent for the room is $1250 monthly and all utilities are included. There is also the opportunity to move in a bit sooner if needed.

My roommate, is in the wellness and fitness industry in his early 50's and is personable and respectful. I am looking to rent the space to someone also pleasant, kind, communicative, responsible, tidy, financially stable, (some one that can comfortably pay their share of the rent as well as share the cost for cleaning supplies and paper products) . The bedroom measures roughly 14' x 17' with 9'+ ceilings and is furnished. It has two windows overlooking Midwood Street. The apartment has a decent size kitchen and living room, some closet space, and a nice open feel. The room is available March 1 - April 30. There is a possibility that the rental period may be extended but that decision won't be made until mid March.

I have lived in this neighborhood for nearly 8 years, it’s wonderful, and convenient to grocery stores, laundromat, bars, restaurants, drug stores, Prospect Park and much more. The apartment is just a 5-minute walk from the Q, B, Shuttle train.
