Hello, I am looking for a new roommate for a semi-furnished room, in a new 3 bedroom apartment available to move in August 1st. Male roommate is preferred, perfect for young professionals and students who are extremely clean and respectful.

The room comes with a double size mattress, bed frame (which doubles as storage with 4 drawers underneath), a desk, desk chair, and lamp. There is a double door closet for the water heater, which is silent. This area can also be used for storage.

This is a 1 year sublease - guarantors/co-signers are accepted.

2 great roommates currently in the apartment, easy going and get along well together, so would need someone who can continue to keep the peace in the house and contribute with cleaning.. The place is always kept very clean. No smoking and no shoes worn inside the apartment.

The building is located on the tree-lined Hawthorne Street between Rogers and Bedford avenues in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, perched only 1.5 blocks west of the Winthrop 2/5 Train station, 3 short blocks east of Parkside AV station Q Train.
