Hello! I?m a Product Manager at a major media company in my late 20s. I have 1 bedroom available for long term sublet in my spacious 3 bedroom apartment in Prospect Lefferts Gardens beginning August 1.

The bedroom is $875 per month and can easily fit a queen size bed, a desk, bookshelf, and clothing rack or dresser. This bedroom is bright and sunny. First month plus deposit (also $875) for a total of $1750 to move in.

About the apartment:
-bright, open kitchen with plenty of cabinet and counter space
-dining area with a big table perfect for working, eating, and having guests over (post-covid of course!)
-cozy living room with a TV (cable included) and lots of plants
-Sunny bathroom with glass shower doors
-Not street facing so no street noise
-high ceilings
-24/7 roof access
-Utilities are about $50 a month per person
-Right off Flatbush Ave which has lots of restaurants, bars, and cafes
-5 minute walk to both the B/Q trains and Prospect Park
-Laundromat and grocery store right across the street

I?d like to live with friendly people who like to chat/ be social when we?re in common areas together but who also value their alone time too.

In a post-covid world, this apartment is great for having friends over for dinner or for other small social gatherings, but this is not an apartment for partying. The people who will be the best fit in this apartment are friendly, clean, quiet, responsible, and have safe cooking habits. This is a non smoking apartment.
