Room In A 3 Bed Prospect Lefferts Garden Apartment

Looking for one clean roommate for a bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment. Someone down to earth, drama-free, and very clean. It’s a meat-free kitchen, so you don’t have to be vegetarian but no cooking meat in the kitchen. The Apartment is shared with myself (30something female musician/artist), and one quiet, musician man.
Room is big enough for a queen sized bed and a dresser and desk.
The neighborhood is the greatest! We are two blocks from the 2/5 trains and three blocks to the B/Q. Also three blocks to Prospect Park, which is life saving. There are tons of shops and restaurants nearby, as well as laundry right across the street. Our building is family owned, and full of love with a real community vibe.

There is no shared living room space, just the bedroom along with the shared kitchen and bathroom. I do want to stress that we keep the place very clean, and expect everyone to clean up after themselves :)

Room is 850$ all inclusive. Open to shorter term rentals (3-6 months). Available Jan 1 or a few days earlier if necessary.
