Room is unfurnished, available for June 1st. Apartment is in a quiet building with just 2 apts, located on the third floor walk up. The room can fit a full/queen size bed, has a full size closet. You would share the rest of the apartment with us - kitchen, dining area, bathroom, living room AND WASHER/DRYER inside the apt.
10 minute walk from the Q Prospect Park stop, 6 minute walk to the 2/5 Sterling St stop. Prospect Park is right next to the Q entrance, grocery store outside the train, plenty of coffee shops around the area. If you have a car, there?s plenty of street parking available
We?re looking for someone who is pretty chill, super respectful of other people living here, and clean!
