Want our space to be clean and designed to feel like ours.

You’d be living with me + my 15lb non-shedding doodle, Charles, a quiet, well-trained gentleman who respects your boundaries, such as not going into your bedroom / bathroom if you prefer.

What I value in a roommate: transparency, life-independence, cleanliness (no clutter), and mutual respect for space and routines. Must be a queer-ally or on the spectrum of queer, leftist/liberal, anti-imperialist, etc... I'm do not need a bestie in a roomie (it's happned before!), but I do want a trusted friend in a roommate. I'd love someone I can chit-chat with, occasionally go out with, and build a good home dynamic with.
Must be clean, and be approved by/on the landlord's lease.
