We’re two professional men looking for two male roommates to join a one-year lease for our four-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment. The lease runs from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027.

The apartment is on the third floor of a four-story walk-up. The available bedrooms are unfurnished.

Room 1 (Large) 159 sq ft.
- Two exterior-facing windows
- Space for window AC unit
- Can comfortably fit a queen bed, a small dresser, and desk

Room 2 (Large), 152.8 sq. ft.
- One interior-facing 2 windows
- Can comfortably fit a queen bed and desk
- Has Closet

- The apartment is close to the Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn Botanic Garden, Prospect Park, and numerous bars and restaurants.

Transportation
- 8-minute walk from Park Place station (S train, gray line)
- 10-minute walk from Clinton–Washington Avenues station (C train, blue line)
- 12-minute walk from Franklin Avenue station (A and C trains, blue line, and S train, gray line)

Laundry
- Laundromat conveniently located approximately three blocks away
- Please note that there is no laundry in the building

Utilities
- Approximately $70–$90 per month, including internet
- Approximately $90–$130 per month during June, July, and August

About the roommates
- One of us is a professional man in his late 30s who works in tech and works from home. He spends most of his time in his room and values a quiet and respectful home environment.

We’re ideally looking for roommates who:
- Are working professionals, preferably between the ages of 26 and 60
- Can commit to a one-year lease beginning October 1
- Are quiet, clean, respectful, and responsible
- Annual income 40x the rent
- Have good credit, a score of 680 or higher
- Keep guests and overnight visitors to a minimum
- Don’t bring the party home
- Don’t smoke
- Don’t have pets

Move-in requirements
- Move-in requires the first month’s rent, one month’s security deposit, and a credit check through the landlord.

Apartment viewings
The apartment is available to view during the following times:
- Monday through Friday: 5:00–7:00 p. m.
- Saturday and Sunday: 2:00–7:00 p. m.
