Hello!
I am Kayla, and actor, voice teacher and singer. I have a room in my apartment available for rent May 1- June 20 in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn. 5-7 minute walk to Prospect Park, Brooklyn Botanic Garden, The Brooklyn Museum, and The Brooklyn Public Library. 7 mins to 2/3 train at Grand Army Plaza, 10 mins to B/Q train at 7th Ave. The room is fully furnished and has it's own bathroom. This building is a 5 story prewar building.
I am an teaching artist/performer who loves to be out seeing theater and taking classes as well as teaching 1:1 voice clients out of the house and 1-2 days teaching my virtual clients from home. The apartment living space is open concept kitchen living room, and there is a third room that I use as office space/home gym.
