Room with private bathroom in 3 Bedroom apartment in Prospect Heights $1,500 + utilities; March 15 or earlier move-in

Seeking a third roommate in a 3 bed / 2 bath + office in an awesome location, right on Vanderbilt Ave in Prospect Heights. The bedroom listed fits a queen bed and has a large closet. The bathroom will be shared with one other roommate. We use the fourth room as an office / single-bed guest room.

We’re minutes away from Prospect Park and conveniently located near major subway stops (7th Ave (B/Q) and Grand Army Plaza (2/3) stops are a five-minute walk away). We’re also right next to a grocery store, tons of coffee shops, a used bookstore, library, etc. It’s honestly one of the best places to live in Brooklyn, in our opinion.

We also have amazing natural light, remote-controlled central air and heating in each room, dishwasher, and laundry in unit.

We’re looking for a responsible, kind individual, who ideally has a fully in-office or hybrid work schedule (we both work fully remote) and doesn’t bring the party/loud environment to the apartment. We’re looking for someone who can sublet from March 15 - May 31 with the option to sign the new lease starting June 1. There is also some flexibility with the move-in date so if you’d prefer to move in a couple days earlier that may be possible as well, prorated.

Your new roommates:
Emily is 32 years old and works in book publishing. She loves reading (fantasy and sci fi especially), writing, playing guitar, going to musicals, thrift shopping, and running around Prospect Park.

Callie is 30 years old and works in mental health. She enjoys reading, watching Love Island, dancing, podcasts (especially pop culture), going to Orange Theory (it’s only 5 min. away)
