Large Sunny bedroom in Spacious 3br Apt

Looking for a third roommate to move into our sunny, spacious Crown Heights/Prospect Heights 3-bedroom to finish out the lease through July 31st. The apartment has big windows and loads of natural light, with a big kitchen and living room.

Flexible move in with a sublet until July 31, 2021 with possibility to renew lease. $1191 + utilities (usually runs about $60 per month). Landlord is very friendly and kind, and we have a good relationship with him for the past 3 years. He lives on the first floor of the building and is quick to respond if we need anything.

Your Room
It is a very large, sunny and spacious room. It is at the back of the apartment of the apartment with 3 windows and looks out to the back yard. The room comfortably fits a full sized bed, a desk, a couch, shelves, small tables and a chest. It has a large and deep closet with extra storage above.

Shared Spaces
The living room is very sunny and spacious and looks out to the park. The kitchen has great counter space, plenty of storage, and full size fridge, oven and sink. The bathroom has a full bath/shower. The apartment is on the second floor (stairs to enter apartment and only one flight up).

The Neighborhood
Located between Crown Heights and Prospect Heights ​on Park Place between Washington and Classon Avenue. Easy walk to the 4/5/2/3/S and a little further to the Q/B/C. About 1/2 a mile from Prospect Park and a number of grocery stores nearby + the great coffee shops, bars, restaurants, laundromats. The apartment is on a quiet street across from a park and a school. It is a great place to work out or hang out - has a track, turf, basketball courts, wall ball court, pull up bars, tables and benches and trees.

About You
We are looking for someone kind, friendly and respectful to share our home. We lead separate lives, but enjoy each others' company when we are at home and hope you will too. We ask that you be responsible and contribute to cleaning and keeping things tidy.

Your Roommates
Jeesun and Michelle are in their late 20s, early 30s. Jeesun is a writer and actor and went to grad school in California. Michelle works for a education non-profit doing data analysis. We have been living together for about 2 years and are friendly and relaxed at home. Prior to covid, we hosted occasional potlucks and get-togethers, and were very open to friends and family visiting.
