This is an absolutely amazing Prospect Heights apartment located on the Grand Army Plaza circle. Your bedroom is sunny and large (12' x 12.5') with a closet. The kitchen has a dishwasher, and lots of shelf space. The living room is HUGE - 12.5' x 19'. It is a sunny 8th floor apartment with hardwood floors and high ceilings.

This is an immaculately-maintained, pre-war elevator building with a part-time doorman, live-in super, and laundry room in the basement. Rent includes heat and hot water!

I've (minimally) furnished the common spaces, but happy to have more things added if you have stuff you're bringing! The bedroom will be unfurnished.

About Me:

I work in mental health and live with my dog, Simon. Love traveling (20+ countries so far!), dogs, and meeting new people. I'm a clean person and like to keep the apartment neat. Not a huge partier but I definitely love to socialize and have people over (especially love hosting game/drinks nights). I've lived with everything from 1-7 roommates so I have *lots* of roommate experience. I love to watch anything from psychological thrillers to documentaries to terrible reality TV. I have a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office).

I live with my dog Simon - he is the most well-behaved, sweet, and gentle dog you'll ever meet. He is also a therapy dog, so we volunteer at a hospital where he sees kids and other patients (proof of how sweet he is!). He rarely (almost never) barks, doesn't go on furniture, and won't go in your bedroom unless you invite him in.
