This listing is for a 2-month sublease, starting around May 1 in a king-sized bedroom in Prospect Heights.

Why We?re Subleasing:
My boyfriend and I are moving in together, thus we are putting our king-sized room in a gorgeous 3-bedroom apartment up for sublease. Bonus - you get your own private bathroom!

About the Apartment and Neighborhood:
The unit is on the corner of Prospect Heights and Park Slope with a southern exposed view of the Prospect Park and Brooklyn Library you get sunlight pouring into the space. You?re also just steps away from Vanderbilt Avenue, Flatbush Avenue, Prospect Park, Grand Army Plaza and 3 Subway lines (2,3, B and Q). Also we?re just a stones throw away from the best bagel shoppe in Brooklyn (we?ll fill you in when we speak).

The apartment itself is stunning and very homey! Pre-war building and newly renovated with recessed lighting, renovated kitchen with dishwasher and stainless steel appliances.

Room Deets:
The room is big. Can fit queen or king bed + desk + dresser+ seating. There is a built in closet and you get your own private bathroom. The room can come furnished with a queen-sized bed and dresser. The room is 11.5 x 13.5 - so about the size of a studio.

Subleasing Deets:
Rent is $1300. All utilities (including internet) are included. The space also has an AC (in case summer every comes). We?d collect a security deposit (1 months rent) + first months rent upon signing. The security deposit will be returned to you at move out, as long as nothing is damaged. ??No smoking allowed / No pets / No couples??

Current Roommate Deets:
The roommates are all professionals: academia, business and non-profit. They are some of our very best friends and are looking to keep the apartment a home and not a party pad. We always keep the apartment spotless, thus the kitchen tends to be used minimally in order to keep things tidy.

What We?re Looking For:
Ideally we're looking for someone 20s - mid-30s, who is clean, courteous, financially stable, and doesn't smoke.
