Furnished 3-Bed Brownstone in Park Slope

I’ve been living in a gorgeous brownstone in Park Slope with two friends for the last several years, but one is moving back home at the end of September and the other is moving back home when our lease is up at the end of October. The apartment is huge, sunny, convenient to everything, and it’s already fully furnished with (mostly) my things, so it’s an incredible deal that I have no interest in giving up. So, I’m looking for one or two roommates to share the place with me after they leave.

The lease will be from November 1, 2026 through August 31, 2027. The total rent is $8,300, not including amenities. Amenities usually come out to around $100-$200 / month.

Here are some specs on the place:
- We are on the top two floors of the brownstone. A couple lives downstairs on the garden level.
- The two available bedrooms are the same size, very sunny, and each contains two walk-in closets.
- One of the two available bedrooms is on the top-most floor, adjacent to mine and down the hall from the guest/laundry room. This is the sunniest room in the house.
- The other bedroom is on the same floor as the kitchen and living room. The entire house has high ceilings, but they’re extra high on the floor this room is on.
- Each floor has its own large full bathroom.
- Living room / kitchen will be fully furnished and stocked up.
- Living room has a 75” TV and Sonos surround sound.
- Laundry in-unit.
- The laundry room is big enough that it has a full size bed and we use it as our guest room.
- Tons of common storage, including two walk-in closets on the kitchen/living room floor and a third storage area upstairs.
- A/C in every room.
- Mill trash recycler in the kitchen.
- Entryway is a flight down from the kitchen/living room floor, and there is a foyer for shoes, coats, etc., when you first walk in.
- Quiet, tree-lined street in true brownstone Brooklyn.
3-minute walk from four train lines; 15-minute walk or a single train stop from Atlantic Terminal.
- Happy to split the place two ways or three. It has worked great for over four years with three of us in here.

As for me, I’m a single professional in my 30s. Grew up in NYC and have lived here for most of my life. Lifestyle is basically exactly what you’d expect, although I do work a whole lot. I love history, trampoline workouts, and a big trip to somewhere with no cell service. Prefer a play to a musical, nonfiction to fiction, and my after-work drink of choice is an IPA when it’s hot and a scotch when it’s cold.
