- The apartment is on a quiet tree-lined street steps away from all the bars and restaurants on Park Slope’s Fifth Avenue, two blocks from Barclays Center, 10 minutes from Fort Greene Park and 15 minutes from Prospect Park. It’s in Park Slope, but Boerum Hill, Gowanus, Fort Greene, Downtown Brooklyn and Prospect Heights are all only blocks away.
- Great bars, cafes, bakeries, restaurants all literally around the corner. A plethora of groceries and markets (Target, Whole Foods, Lidl, etc) all within walking distance.
- Biggest plus is being a four-minute walk away from Brooklyn’s biggest transportation hub with D/N/Q/R/2/3/4/5 train and LIRR access

About the bedroom:
- The bedroom is big enough for a queen, with space for a desk, television, and dressers. No closets in the bedroom itself, but there’s a closet right outside its door.
- Note that there are no windows in the room, but a skylight provides it with natural light. And the skylight space offers a ledge for plants, a bar set, or whatever else you want to put there.

About the house:
- The unit is on the third floor walk up
- You’ll have welcome access to the living room, a kitchen that has accommodated several home cooks, a well-sized bathroom (also with a skylight), and access to a basement space if you need additional storage.
- All the common living areas are furnished. If you have additional furniture, the roommates can discuss placement or storage.
- Washer and dryer in the basement of the building with no additional charge (!!)

About the roommates:
- You will be rooming with two women in their 30s working in tech and media
- We are a clean, organized, but very comfortable and relaxed home. We think we’ve struck a nice balance between shared, communal living and respect for each other’s privacy and belongings.

About you:
- Seeking a sublet who will be a good fit for the household and won’t be a total stranger. Down to have a drink, chat, or watch a movie, but still enjoys privacy and quiet time.
- Keeps common spaces clean/tidy and willing to pitch in with house chores
- Able to demonstrate stable finances/ability to pay rent, blah-blah
- People of all backgrounds and identifications are welcome
