Sunny South Slope Room in Lovely 2BR with Private

I’m looking for a roommate to share my 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment in South Slope/Park Slope, available September 1. The apartment is on a great, quiet street just off 4th Avenue and a few blocks from the F/G/R at 4th Ave–9th St, with tons of restaurants, coffee shops, and Prospect Park nearby.

The best part of the apartment is the private backyard — a rare NYC luxury and a genuinely lovely space to have for morning coffee, dinner, hanging out, or just getting some fresh air. 🌿

The apartment is fully furnished aside from the available bedroom, which has a walk-in closet and dresser. The building is well-maintained, the landlord is responsive, and the neighbors look out for each other.

I’m looking for someone who is very clean and comfortable living with a dog. Vegetarian/vegan is a plus. I’d also be open to another small dog (under ~25 lbs), but unfortunately can’t accommodate cats due to allergies.

Lease: September 1, 2026–August 31, 2027, with option to renew
No month-to-month.
