Right next to all the restaurants, bars, and shops in Park Slope, and just a 10min walk to Prospect Park. 2min walk to Washington Park, with a very kid friendly playground (JJ Byrnes) and soccer fields. 15min walk to Barclays Center.

There are two large bedrooms on opposite ends of the apartment. Attached are the photos of the room available for sublet. The available room has a queen bed, desk, dresser, nightstand, spacious closets, and AC. I will occupy the bedroom on other end for the period. The third bedroom (in hallway) is a kid’s bedroom and will be unoccupied so you will have one roommate (me) for the period.

The kitchen has a dishwasher and fully supplied (dishes, pots/pans, toaster, Air Fryer, etc) and dishwasher. There is a large sofa and TV in the living room. 1 full bathroom. Photos attached.

Note the apartment is a 4th floor walk up (3 flights up), but flip side is no one is above you and incredibly well lit.

The $1,800 rent for the period includes all wifi, utilities, etc. There is a $900 security deposit. Shorter periods available at $125 per night, with a one week minimum.
