Hi - I (26m) am looking for someone to replace my roommate in a lovely 2 bed / 2 bath in Park Slope starting ~Oct 1-10. The lease runs until 4/10/27 but I'd be looking to renew.

Rent: $3000 / month for the room (+ ~$150-200/mo utilities)

Room:
- 16' x 9' with closet
- Great natural light

Apartment:
- Your own bathroom
- Brownstone with exposed brick
- In-unit washer/dryer
- Dishwasher
- Huge kitchen space
- Big living room with high ceiling and natural light
- We have a private patio / backyard space
- Living area will be already furnished
- Central AC / heat

I keep the place clean / tidy and I work from home around 4 days a week.

We're 10 minutes from Atlantic Terminal and right on the B/Q, 2/3/4/5. 15 min from Prospect Park, a wonderful location.

No pets / no smoking please!
