Very sunny bedroom available August 1st in a 3-bedroom South Park Slope apartment. This is for a lease takeover from August to April, with an option to resign at the end of the contract. Proof of income or guarantor will be needed. The current tenant has been living here for 1.5 years, loves this apartment and roommates, and is moving for a university program.

Who you'll be living with:
Two queer women in their 30s who are on the lease.

H (she/her) - Had lived in the apartment for 1.5 years. Into films, cooking, live music, the news and politics, and many more silly and serious things. She has a cat. Works at a not for profit.

M (she/her) - Soft, whimsical, and adventurous. Going to school to become a therapist. Enjoys exploring the city, finding meaningful connections, getting little treats, making crafts, and more.

Living style:
We highly value open communication and respect. We take off our shoes inside and have a rotation for cleaning, trash removal, and buying shared items (soap, etc.). We hang out often in the common space chatting or watching TV. More than happy to be friends or leave you alone if you prefer privacy. We enjoy having company over as long as there's a heads up. We strive to be energy conscious and composting/recycling are essential.

Cozy bedroom with two very large floor to ceiling windows. This room gets incredible natural lighting and great views of the sunset. Both windows have a window bench that can be used for furniture, reading nook, or whatever creative use you can think of. Built-in closet that has shelving up to the high ceilings. Built-in wall unit air conditioner but stays surprisingly warm in the winter but AC will be needed during summer. The room is on the corner of an avenue and the windows do a great job blocking noise.
