Bedroom available in Park Slope

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for someone (ideally a female) to take over my room in a lovely 4-bedroom, 1.5bath apartment in Park Slope, available 7/15 onward. The month would be prorated. Would run until April of 2027 with the opportunity to take over the lease.

Rent is $1445/mo. Wifi is included. Utilities typically run $90-$150/mo depending on the time of year.

Currently three other roommates in their late 20s early 30s, all female, all professionals. Very kind & considerate. Two work from home and one is hybrid.

The apartment is a duplex on the 4th floor of a building (no elevator). The kitchen and main bathroom on the first floor, and a larger shared space and half bath on the second. Upstairs living area is prime to become a shared space, one of the roommates has been working on a makeover. Bedrooms are on either side of the apartment so very private!

The apartment has some great pluses, as there's a washer/dryer combo unit on the first floor, along with a dishwasher. The room you would be taking over also has a sem-private balcony shared with the neighbor next door! And loads of natural light.

Room can come unfurnished or semi-furnished -- the bedframe, dresser, and shelving I'm happy to leave or remove.

Have lived here for a couple years and no complaints! There's a french restuarant right below and the F/G/R are a 3-minute walk. There's a tenant portal to handle maintenance requests and they are pretty good about coming out quickly.
