Hi! My friend Julia and I are looking for a third roommate to join us in our beautiful Park Slope apartment!

About the apartment:

• Over 1,000 sq. ft.
• Rent: $1,410/month
• Heat & hot water included
• Utilities + WiFi average $55–65/person/month

I’ve lived here for the past three years and absolutely love it. It's an incredible price for the location. Apartment management/landlord is also super responsive and quick to fix anything.

Location
• 5-minute walk to Atlantic Ave–Barclays Center with access to nearly every subway line
• About 15 minutes to both Prospect Park and Fort Greene Park
• Easy access to Park Slope, Prospect Heights, Fort Greene, and all of the amazing restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and boutiques nearby
• 5 minutes from Target, Stop & Shop, and Lidl

The Room
The available bedroom is actually the one I've been living in (I'm just moving into a different room in the apartment). It's one of the quietest rooms in the apartment since it's on the opposite end from the living room and kitchen. It also has the largest closet in the apartment, with tons of storage. The room comfortably fits a full-size bed, dresser, desk, and nightstand.

Move-in would be ~ August 2nd! We're having the apartment freshly painted before move-in, so all of the common spaces will have a clean, fresh look.

About Us:
We're both 27 and work hybrid schedules, so we're home a few days each week. We've been friends for years and are easygoing, respectful, and like keeping the apartment clean, cozy, and comfortable. Outside of work we're pretty active. You'll usually find us out on runs, playing in soccer or volleyball leagues, trying new restaurants, grabbing drinks with friends, or going out on weekends.

We're hoping to find someone who's friendly, considerate, communicative, and excited to make this feel like home.

The living room photos are from previous tenants, so we'll be redecorating—but they give you a good sense of the layout. We promise the vibes will be even better. 😄

This is a 12-month lease running August 1, 2026 – July 31, 2027, with the opportunity to renew afterward. No sublets.
