My name’s Eric and I’m looking for a new roommate in my amazing 2 Bd/1 bth in Park Slope, on 15th St between 4th and 5th Ave starting August 1st.

- Excellent train access with the Prospect Ave R stop right around the corner, and the 4 Av/9th St. F/G stop a 5 min walk away.

I’ve lived here for 2.5 years and I love it. This place is amazing for the price and I don’t want to leave! Utilities rarely reach $100 for each of us, may go just a little over $100 in the summer with both of us using A/C’s.

The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, with lots of stores, shops, restaurants, and bars within a 5-10 min walk. Pretty much everything you could possibly want or need is within walking distance. There are two gyms, including a Crunch, right on the corner, and two YMCA’s within walking distance.

ABOUT ME:
I’m a 33 y/o grad student studying to become a psychotherapist. I’m also a server at a restaurant in Williamsburg to pay the bills while I’m in school, so I’m usually getting home around 11p/midnight, maybe 1am-ish occasionally on nights where I work. Some of my classes are remote as well, and I’m hoping to get an internship that will allow me to see clients remotely, so I’ll be on Zoom in my room a few times a week. Pretty busy, but in my downtime I like to go to the movies, check out new bars and restaurants, or just chill at home. I’m a clean, quiet, considerate, organized and communicative roommate, and looking for the same. Women/femme, BIPOC and LGBTQ+ friendly.

ABOUT YOU:
Looking for someone who wants to decorate and create a comfortable, homey environment in the common spaces. Would love to create a space where we could have a few people over every now and then, but mainly want the place to be a quiet sanctuary to relax after a long day. Would love someone I could hang out and be friends with, but happy to just be roommates too, if that’s your vibe.
