The apartment is a 3rd floor walk-up just a block from Prospect Park, and a quick walk to the 7th Ave F/G. The building is older, well-constructed, and well-maintained, and the landlord is a real person who vets and seems to care about his tenants. We have south-facing windows, an in-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher, and fire escape and roof access. The room is 9x10.5 and is pictured with a queen bed.
The roommates: Ben (he/him, 35) has lived here for a number of years and is an Australian expat working in scientific publishing. In his free time, he enjoys reading, ballet, and line dancing. Tim (he/him, 27) from Houston, Texas has been in NYC for three years. He works in video production as an editor. Outside of work he spends time on his bike, at the library, at prospect park or museums. He has one cat, Clem, who would probably not do well with another pet in the home.
