The living room in our apartment is very large: 23'x12'. The kitchen is 7'x10'. The apartment is technically a 4 bedroom, 1 bathroom, but 2 roommates are leaving in June and I'm hoping to reconfigure the apartment into a space for only 3 people. This is to reduce bathroom wait times, and
have a chiller quality of life.

Roommates are 2 guys Bartender and Salesperson. We don't have any pets. Moderately clean. It's an old apartment. The landlord replaced the fridge and the bathroom light fixture recently.
