Hi! My name is Victoria, and I’m a CUNY professor heading out of town this summer for research. I’m looking for someone to sublet my furnished space from approximately May 28 through the end of August.

• Shared kitchen, bathroom, and living room upstairs
• You’ll be living with one roommate and her small, friendly poodle
• Quiet, peaceful neighborhood with a relaxed atmosphere

I’ll clear out some of my belongings to make closet and storage space available for you. My roommate is easygoing, respectful, and mostly keeps to herself.
A security deposit will be required and fully returned upon move-out and room inspection. $2100 per month.
