Very ample closet and storage space both in the bedroom and throughout the apartment. We have a washer/dryer in-unit as well as plenty of pretty new kitchen appliances (microwave, oven, etc).

This apartment has been in a long family of friends over the last 5 years, it’s really a home. We’ve loved the spot and looking for a new roommate to join our lease renewal June 1 for a one year lease.

ABOUT US

We are two friends (Anna and Miguel) who currently live in this apartment and love both the apartment and the neighborhood!

Anna (she/her) is a 29-year old environmental scientist and freelance florist. She enjoys an extended park walk, cooking and can be regularly found making a run to Park Slope Food Coop. She’s flexibly home or at coffee shops throughout the week.

Miguel (he/him) is a 32-year old data scientist who recently moved back to the US after a few years abroad. He enjoys playing soccer and reading. He is working from home ~3 days per week.

We both like our quiet time but also like to go out from time to time too. Apartment is a friendly space to call home and LGBTQ friendly. We like having friends over every once in a while too and would be open to a roommate who wants to throw a dinner party every now and again! In general, we are looking for someone who will match our good energy and be clean, kind, respectful, and fun.
