Large, Sunny Room in Prospect Heights/Park Slope

The apartment is lots of pinks and warm pastels (we even have a pink couch!). You'd be joining two roommates (one woman and one trans & nonbinary person, both sapphic) who are into film, books, and games. Everyone works from home, so it stays pretty quiet during the day. That said, we still love to gather in the living room or kitchen to chat, catch up, watch a show (we recently finished The Pitt), or play board games together.

Building management responds right away whenever something needs fixing, and are responsive for any other questions you might have. Neighbors are mostly younger people in their 20s, so overall the building has a pretty relaxed energy.

Ideal fit would be someone who appreciates a cozy, queer-friendly space and is comfortable with a quiet but social-when-it-feels-right household.

*Looking for a lease takeover (>650 credit score, $1400 security deposit), but open to subleasing off the books for 2 months if you need something short term/can't cover the security deposit.
