I have space in my cute apartment in the South Slope to add a bedroom in the alcove space. It's not a full bedroom, and there's no covering wall, but we can use separators.

The alcove you see in the photo is where your bed will be, replacing the desk + 1 closet included.

I have a queen sleeper couch, or you can get your own bed.

Stunning views of the city and the Statue of Liberty with a private balcony & in-unit washer dryer.
Apartment is fully furnished, so you'll benefit from that as well.

The building is beautiful with amenities: dog run, gym, bike room, and a rooftop.
No smoking inside the apartment, on the balcony, or on the rooftop, ok.
I have a dog & am open to other pets.

Utilities split equally: Verizon Internet in place ($20) + electric bill (varies by month/season)

You will sign a sublease directly with me. I'm on the lease till Oct 31, so this is the maximum we can stay in this apt for now, unless I renew.
