Who you'll be living with:

Two friends in their 30s who are resigning their lease. We’ve been living in this apartment together for a year.

H (she/her) - Into films, cooking, live music, the news, and many more silly and serious things. She has a cat. Works at a not for profit.

P (they/them) - Into the gym, running, movies, and video games. Currently working as an operations manager in the neighborhood. Planning to be moving out over the summer for school with a slightly larger room with a closet becoming available for $1,520.

Living style:

We highly value open communication and respect. We leave our shoes at the door and have a weekly cleaning rotation. We hang out often in the common space chatting or watching TV. More than happy to be friends or leave you alone if you prefer privacy. We enjoy having company over as long as there’s a heads up.
