Rent: $3800 but I’m willing to subsidize rent down to $3500 for the duration of the lease

This is a huge studio in the heart of park slope. This is a lease takeover, so you get my lease term with the option to renew. To give you a sense of size, I have a queen bed in the bedroom area. In the living room, I have a full size couch, a dining table and a desk. Also the unit is rent stabilized.

The apartment is an 8 min walk to Barclays, which means you’re close to every train line. This area of park slope is great. Tons of bars and restaurants on 5th Ave. Walking distance to 4 grocery stores and prospect park.

Really great apartment in a great neighborhood. I'm moving to a bigger apartment to accommodate a baby on the way. Otherwise, I would have stayed in this apartment for a long time.
