1 room in a 4 Bedroom/1 Bathroom South Slope/Park Slope apartment. Historic Limestone building. 11 foot ceilings. Chandeliers.

Enter via the stoop out front. It's a great place to hang and enjoy the weather on nice days.

The living room is huge: 24 x 12. It has some room for storage.

Bathroom is minimal, but functional. The shower hot water handle and the toilet handle are both a bit wobbly but they work.

New fridge. 2 short blocks from the 15th Street F/G train. This area has all you need: Nitethawk Cinema, Pasta Louise, Terrace Bagels, Double Windsor Bar, Prospect Park across the street.

The room is a huge 13 x 14, almost square in the rear of the apartment. It is separated from the other rooms by the bathroom and kitchen. It's a corner room, with 2 windows facing west, and 1 north. There is a lot of clearance between buildings, so it does get decent light.

We are photography/bar/restaurant professionals. Easygoing. Social, on occasion, but we keep to ourselves, mostly.
