Roommate would have their own bathroom and bedroom (lightly furnished with bed and dresser, hanging rack) and we would share kitchen and the living room. Third-floor walk-up. Pro-rated October rent (depending on move-in), November rent and last month's rent required, as well as proof of employment and at least one reference. Roommate's monthly rent is $1700 plus half of utilities (electricity/gas, roughly $150-$300 each depending on time of year).
