Hello! One of our trio is moving out, so we're on the hunt for someone new to come in! The apartment is a 2nd floor walk up, and it's a large, cozy space above a pizza restaurant on 7th Ave. The total rent is $3795 for our new 1-year lease starting August 1st with individual rent for this room at $1285. Our landlord is super responsive and takes care of the place, he even replaced our stove and kitchen floor last year. No pets, unfortunately, as per his request, and also we don't have central air, so you'll need a window unit for the summer (the other seasons are pretty good). There's only one other residential unit in the building, on the third floor, other than that you just have to contend with living above a restaurant and the commercial/city noise of 7th Ave. Looking for an August 1st lease start- security deposit is the same as first month rent. I'm a big media sharer and enjoyer: movies, tv, video games, books, Youtube, twitch, etc. I'm usually watching random reality tv shows for a podcast I produce, but I also really enjoy horror, anime, sci-fi, fantasy, and musicals. I like to get out and explore around the city as well, or sometimes I'm buried in a book. I like hanging out with roommates, especially if we have overlapping hobbies, but also appreciate the time get to be alone after interacting with college students at work all day.
