I am looking for someone to fill my private room in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment starting June 1st (6/1). This would be minimum one year lease. The total rent will be $1,850 per month (plus $145 utilities including Verizon Fios, heat, A/C, gas, electricity)

This apartment is located in park Slope, one of the most desirable area in Brooklyn. It is perfectly located in front of local park including green fields, skate park, dog park, pickleball and basketball courts. Up the street on 5th Avenue you can some of the best bars, restaurants, and shops in Brooklyn.

This is a quiet yet lively neighborhood that has plenty to do while also feeling safe. Most importantly, there are two grocery stores (Foodtown and Whole Foods) within a 3-5 minute walk, as well as the F, G, and R trains being only a 5-7 minute walk away. If you are looking to catch a concert, Barclays is located only one mile down the road!

This apartment is very lovely and spacious, you will be living with two roommates, both of which have their own rooms and keep to themselves. One roommate has their own private bathroom, but there is another bathroom which you will share with the other roommate.
