• Shared office/library next to living room
• Full-sized washer and dryer in the apartment
• Bedrooms are located in the rear of the apartment so they are quiet.

The bedroom:
• Large-sized room with a closet
• Dimensions (approximately) 18’ by 8’. There is plenty of room for a queen size bed (which is what is in it now), multiple dressers, a desk, etc.
• 2 windows

The roommates are:
• 2 females, one professional, one academic, 30s

You should:
• be dependable, respectful, a non-smoker, clean.
• have a reliable income. The landlord requires a credit check and possibly a cosigner.

You'll need first month's rent plus $1350 deposit up front.
