Awesome Location on Prospect Park

We have a room available in a great apartment on Prospect Park and one block from the subway, theater, deli, laundry, etc.
We are looking for a considerate and responsible person to sublet in a share with 3 creative professionals. We are looking for someone who is fun and easy-going but also committed to keeping the apartment clean. You would be sharing a kitchen and bathroom as well as a living room that has a direct view onto prospect park. The room is medium sized with a window to the quiet side of the building and a large closet.

Rent is $1150 (including utilities). Utilities include internet, gas, and electric. We require the first month's rent plus $1150 deposit and references. The room is available Oct 1 and can come furnished with a bed, book shelves, and AC unit. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
