A long stay is the goal, a 3-month trial period is a great start to see how we fit. Please provide references and proof of employment.

Room
Longtime roommate moved out a month ago. The available room is unfurnished sunny bedroom with high ceilings, windows and closet. AC unit already installed.

There is a wardrobe in the living room for jackets and shoes.

The shared space is spacious and furnished; if you have a coffee table, I wouldn't mind getting rid of this one. Living Room TV has a Chromecast, so you can cast anything from your phone.
The kitchen has a large island setup.

6th floor unit and so we get a nice view of the city and the Statue of Liberty from the living room

My roommate and I had opposite schedules and never heard each other coming or going.
