Studio basement apartment

Very Spacious Studio with access to the backyard. There are three entrances to the Studio one thing to be aware of is that this studio is not recommended for tall people as the ceiling as brought down too low when the new lighting was installed so please keep this in mind. There is a washer and dryer shared by other tenants and each tenant must pick one day in the week to do their laundry. Also if any pets only cats are acceptable.
