1 Room in a Park Slope 3 Bed!

Hi there! This is a pre-war 3rd floor walk-up in Park Slope, Brooklyn. There are only two apartments on each floor. There’s bike storage and laundry in the basement. We’re right across from the Old Stone House Park which is lovely come the warmer months! Easily accessible from the R/F/G trains. 15 min walk to Barclays and Prospect Park.

Looking for someone to move in Jan 1st and finish out our lease with us, ending Aug 31! Ideally that person would sign on with us for another year at that point. Shown are pictures of the common spaces and the room you’d be taking over - current roommate willing to sell bedframe and dresser, window AC is staying, likely unfurnished otherwise.

Who are we? Marcelle (she / her) and Jordan (they / them)! We’re both part-time grad students in our mid-20s, one works as a school teacher, the other for an online news publication. We both have experience living in art-focused, queer-centered, communal spaces. Happy to answer any questions you might have about our living styles and beyond!
