I am moving out and can be flexible on when (Nov 15-Jan). Bedroom fits queen bed, 2 nightstands, dresser, desk and more. The dog in the pictures is mine, so he is coming with me. He is hypoallergenic, so anyone moving in with allergies will not have a problem with lingering dog hair.
My roommate, a 26 y/o professional is staying. She works in an office M-F, is vaccinated and careful. She is happy to give you your own space when needed, but also fun to hang out with.
Please note you will need a sign a lease with the landlord through July.
